Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on verifytoken, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction.

These Terms govern your use of all verifytoken products and services, effective from January 1, 2026. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use verifytoken solely for lawful trading activity. Prohibited conduct includes market manipulation, wash trading, account sharing, and any activity that violates applicable AML or sanctions regulations.

Limitation of Liability

verifytoken is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, blockchain network delays, or user error. Cryptocurrency trading carries inherent financial risk and you trade at your own discretion.

Our total liability for any verified platform-side error is capped at the value of fees paid by your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, interfaces, data feeds, and documentation are the exclusive property of verifytoken. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access these materials for personal trading use only.

Account Termination

verifytoken reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, trigger fraud detection thresholds, or are subject to regulatory holds or law enforcement requests.

Where permitted by law, you will be notified of account restrictions and given a reasonable window to withdraw funds before termination is finalized.

Third-Party Services

verifytoken integrates with third-party KYC providers, payment processors, and blockchain data services. These providers operate under their own terms and verifytoken is not responsible for their actions or outages.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and 2FA device. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support@verifytoken immediately.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data verifytoken holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request account deletion subject to regulatory retention requirements.

Changes to These Terms

verifytoken may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
